It seems that there is some nasty virus wreaking havoc in The Netherlands

The cities of Borsele, Weert, Venlo and Den Bosch are already hit by this virus, crippling their services to the public.

 

Fox-It in The Netherlands is already investigating it, so are the AV companies.

Surfright has a Dorifel decrypter to help those poor infected people.
